Every time a game ends, go to your kitchen and take a glass of water(regardless of the outcome of the game and your current mood). This way you distract a bit from AoE and focus on something else, plus your body will thank you.

Though he means it in terms of politics, I believe Chomsky's "you are responsible for the predictable consequences of YOUR actions, not those of others" line summarises this well. How you react to your loss is under your control, while how the enemy plays isn't.Can't believe how much you misinterpret my words.
Focusing on what you can change are precisely the decisions you can make, it isn't about fault but about choice. This includes choosing to accept your emotions, acknowledging the cause and applying the solutions, which are entirely your own.
So you wanna tell me that i have mental issues?
Thanks for the answer!I cant really say much about mental issues after just seeing online 1 thread with a few posts. So let me explain my post:
Just feeling bad after loosing a game, isnt really an issue. I think that is pretty normal. No one really loses losing. But if you are really raging after each games like you describe, then that isnt normal in my opinion. Everyone will get mad once in a while after a lost game. I am not really an exception for that at all. But you decribe that you are getting mad after each lost game and you start screaming and hitting the wall. This kind of behaviour looks to me as some kind of addiction to the game. You even describe this behaviour as an issue. Otherwise you wouldnt have made a thread for help.
If you want to get rid of the raging / really bad feelings, then you are better of by looking for help by an real expert in real life and not at an online forum, in my opinion. People here can online share their own experience, but have learned for helping people with the issues you describe. Immediately going to a psychologist as expert is maybe an overkill, but i have no idea how other experts are called in English, so i just said psychologist. These kind of experts are much better in giving you the right tools to stop raging after a lost game.
I'll add that he should do some acid.Mostly everyone has mental issues, psychologists included. Of course that depends on how you define mental issues. If you just define it by deviating from the norm, then most people don't have them, which is a totally ridiculous perspective given how sick and twisted the foundations of societies are. Again, this is also a matter of perspective, you don't need to agree with it.
It's still beneficial to go though, just don't stick with the first one unless you really love him/her, it makes sense to have a wide selection to choose from.
Maybe start the journey to know yourself, the most important thing you can do in your life and conveniently not talked about in education. I wonder why...
I agree with the suggestion though, even if done with bad intentions.
