Just to clarify, I do not regret paying the extra cash for the DLC, I am happy to support this game for years to come. But broken civs hurt.

The building scouting gave a unique value proposition to "explored" vs "LOC", specially in maps like Arena and Hideout, where resource location are kindof already know. I kindof got used to having it in the game. Also, New civs are a joke. Don't feel AOE.
