I don't think .aoe2records contain the achievements unfortunately. The game determines them while playing back the game. Only UserPatch stores them for multiplayer recorded games as far as I know.

This version adds support for HD Edition 4.8 and 5.x games. It's the first attempt, so there might be things that I've missed.

Sounds like this is only relevant if a non-Microsoft party were selling broadcasting rights. Not simply if someone organises a tournament and someone else streams it. The streamer should just not have to pay for the right to stream it.

Yeah. Recorded games actually store version data, so the game could even pick the appropriate data file automatically. It would still give problems if something in the game simulation code...

@Hades85 Composer generates an autoload.php, and then you include (using `require`) that file in your own code. You shouldn't change the autoload.php file manually--Composer will overwrite it the next time you run Composer. That goes for the entire vendor/ directory, actually :)

Yes, in UserPatch 1.4 multiplayer recorded games (which I thiiiiink AoFE is?), you can read the total amount of resources collected. Note that it's only possible for multiplayer games--UserPatch dumps the achievements data that would normally be sent to the lobby client...
Is there a specific game you tried that doesn't work? I've tried it with most of the War is Coming .mgz recordings and they were read fine. It's very possible though that there's some combination of settings / triggers / units that break it.
