Considering the current socio-political climate in the world, I think Viper has made his choice: Cambodia.
Historical Khmer = today's Cambodia

I'm sorry to say that I don't read much. I'm more of a self thinker. Can you describe though what you think is so extreme/radical about Hans-Hermann Hoppe? I'm assuming that's the Hoppe you're referring to.The mainstream line in libertarianism and anarcho-capitalism does indeed advocate for open borders and etc. But the Hoppean line that could be described as extreme/radical does oppose open-borders or mass-migration.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfect_competition#Idealizing_conditions_of_perfect_competitionI think HongeyKong provided sufficiant information on what communism is and that's about as far away from global anarcho-capitalism as you could possibly imagine. Global anarcho-capitalism is indeed what I would like to have installed.
To me perfect competition seems to be quite another thing than perfect information though. While the first is possible I'm not sure the other one is.
Not if hes a 500IQ selfless mastermind (with near-perfect information), while the peasants are all dumb af. 11What you have to realise is that a company is based on mutual agreements and individual conscent. There's not one guy in the top who can decide upon everything and rule the world, because that kind of tyranny isn't economically efficiant. Basically all the bad stuff in human societies could go away, if only we had truly free competition.
Well, I disagree with those conditions. You don't need perfect information to have perfect competition.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfect_competition#Idealizing_conditions_of_perfect_competition
Perfect competition requires perfect information, thats why it will never exist imo. Even with modern technology, people just couldnt obtain all the information they need with zero cost. (eg. time / broadband / electricity / data input)

K, so in your book what makes it perfect competition?Well, I disagree with those conditions. You don't need perfect information to have perfect competition.
So no government intervention?Basically the lack of all political means.
No government intervention. True. Basically as long as the non aggression principle isn't broken I would constitute that as perfect competition. So no government intervention?
Thats sounds like a free market only.
Boston tea drinking, whiskey rebellion... what is next? Milk uprising?
Please study some elementary economics; I see your thought process but it doesn't really pan out.
11111111111111111Y'all are just living in the dream world of textbooks if you think anarcho-capitalism will be any different than communism.
State | Money | Ownership | Big Boss | |
Communism | No | No | Common ownership | None |
State Capitalism | Yes | Yes | State ownership | One |
Anarcho-capitalism | No | Yes | Private ownership | Multiple |
How and why is this thread over a hundred posts 11 (haven't read a single post)?
World without borders is a fragile one. Just imagine how f*ked we would be with the corona virus now if there was no way to stop movement of people from place to place. Small things are better at survival. Just ask dinosaurs.
Agreed, imo all these kind of left-wing stuff is impractical as humans are never selfless.World without borders is a fragile one. I wish we could go back to times when reacting to some baseless claims on public forums was considered absolutely normal. Instead, there is always people complaining how alt-right (or some other euphemism) is spreading propaganda.I think it was "No border, no nation" that triggered some of the right-wing propagandists to charge their load into this thread.

What a simplistic way of thinking.Yeah, well you can reread the thread. From Corona virus, dinosaurs, refugees, unawareness of history, blablabla (sorry, I didn't want to waste my time reading all this BS here) was everything there. And I'm not complaining honestly, I rather laugh about what I've read in here because I know now which people I'm never gonna be friends with.
Alerta, alerta, antifascista! Alerta, alerta, anticapitalista!
To be quite honest I wish libertarians in general had more of that thinking. It's not a virtue to be friendly towards those who agress against the freedoms of others and socialism is indeed such a crime. There should be more of active and armed resistance rather than just talking amongst those who are pro capitalism. What a simplistic way of thinking.
"Hey, you are different, we cannot be friends."
I'm pretty sure it actually is a virtue to be friendly towards others, regardless of their views on the world. Who says you are right and they are wrong? (hint: they think you are wrong and they are right)To be quite honest I wish libertarians in general had more of that thinking. That's what I'm doing and I'm learning from the enemy that not being friendly works a whole lot better given a situation where there is an ongoing conflict. The "rebel" kind of mentality is all the left has. They might be dumb as **** but they still attract people through their violent manners. Same goes for nazis and their likes.I'm pretty sure it actually is a virtue to be friendly towards others, regardless of their views on the world. Who says you are right and they are wrong? Maybe step outside your bubble and try and take a look through their eyes, you might learn something.
