I know that But thanks, I have forgotten to include that more directly . It was unlucky this time, and I wanted to support that decision. It would have been a totally different story in this discussion, if that would have happened as intended, because at least for the final matches, there would have been no: I could not see the series I wanted to see, maybe we can ensure that all series are coveredThat was the plan, but thanks to the server maintenance on saturday the ro16 had to be played on sunday too, so they were massively behind schedule. Shouldnt happen next week.
Hey guys. Any chance to get some recs at least a few from the ones who qualified to the big event? Maybe upload something to discord? Thanks!

There's some recs here.
Robo has said he would post some on aoezone later. There was an insane amou t of games yesterday so I understand that there's a lag making these available.
Any place, web, link where I can find the maps preview? I need the images of the map pool if possible i can't find them anywhere

Yes, it's same page as what you asked previously. Surprising that you didn't check maps from there at same time.
Great tournament so far! Good games and props to the admins for making sure everything goes smoothly.
However I have one concern for the final day. Going way back to the final day of hidden cup 2, where Viper had to play 2 consecutive matches, he said he was super tired for the final due to having to play 2 best of 7's in a row. He emphasized quite a bit on it and said it definitely affected his gameplay. I'm glad that it was changed for hidden cup 3, where the semi-finals were played well before the final.
Looking at the RBW schedule for today, I see that the second semi-final starts at 15 GMT and the final starts at 17:30 GMT, which means the winner of the second semi-final will have to play 2 Bo7's in a row, with hardly any break in between. Would it be possible to allow the winner of the second semi-final to take a sizeable break between the two series? I know it sucks big time for the viewers, but I'd rather watch a semi final with no player having an advantage going into the final due to having a bigger break.
I think only the final is Bo7?
wasn't only the final live in HC2?considering it was already a big issue in HC2.
Yo is more likely to be up at 13 gmt than hera. That's why (imo) the semis are in the order that they are.And for those who don't think it is probably also meant as a nice Viper nerf: why is the Viper semi final played 2nd, when his semi is in "bracket 1", the same bracket that was played first on the first day of the tournament, whereas the other semi final is in "bracket 2"?
noone cares, its not your problem and any player is total fine with it.No, that was HC3. In HC2, we had basically this exact situation (only difference being that the semis were even more games than this time) and lots of people, including Viper, rightfully complained about it.
And now they are just doing it again lol.
How are things like this in every sport? In most sports, you only have one match a day.
If you want to have the semis and finals on the same day and without any serious delay inbetween, then just have the semis as recs. Giving the winner of semi2 a huge disadvantage by making him play two consecutive series is just sad. At least have a proper break of like 1h in between alternatively.
And for those who don't think it is probably also meant as a nice Viper nerf: why is the Viper semi final played 2nd, when his semi is in "bracket 1", the same bracket that was played first on the first day of the tournament, whereas the other semi final is in "bracket 2"?
small feedback for CaptureAge...
it looks like the starting horses/camels are counting towards the total military, but aren’t being added to the total population.

I’m not sure if they are meant to count as pop or not, but just need to make sure there is consistency.
thanks guys.
I don't think we should compare it to sports, but rather to esports, since it's a more fair comparison. How are things like this in every sport? In most sports, you only have one match a day.
they are a military unit but they don't have a population 'cost' so the overlay is working as intended though it is counterintuitive.
