Here`s the official Staff decision regarding the SmokeHaso team, and their participation in "Masters of Arabia" 2v2 Edition tournament.
Presented facts:
Staff Discussion:
After discussing all the presented facts, "Masters of Arabia" 2v2 Edition tournament Staff has agreed that there is no 100% proof that ertuG is playing for SmokeHaso.
But, knowing that 100% would hardly be possible to get anyway, and that, knowing all the other facts, there is indeed a risk high enough of jANjAN being ertuG that letting the team play could compromise the whole Tournament, the Staff also agreed that SmokeHaso team shouldn`t be allowed to compete.
Beside that, having Emin edit the sign-up post that has already been accepted (thus changing the name of one of the signed-up and already accepted players) without notifying anyone about it can be considered as trying to cheat, which breaks Tournament Rule #20:
Upon confronting SmokeHaso with the proof, the team admitted that our proof was accurate, which will generate the following consequences.
The Decision:
Considering all the facts and their implications, the Tournament Staff made the following decision(s):
Presented facts:
- Emin + Ertug asked if they could sign up together before the tournament. As ertuG is banned from AoCZone, this was declined.
- Following refusal, Magni signed up with another friend. The team was accepted, but the post wasn`t locked for editing. Emin edited the sign-up post, replacing the previous nickname with jANjAN for his friend, a nick that hasn't been used for 10 months, and did so AFTER the previous team line-up had already been accepted (enough for disqualification on its own, but not spotted right away).
- Sheriff_007, a nickname that was created the same day, appears a few hours before they are to play their first matches, and tells us that his nickname jANjAN has been hacked or something, because he can't login to it, and wonders what he should do. We tell him to contact a Voobly Moderator in order to prove it is his account. At first, Voobly mod refuses to give him the nickname back because he couldn't prove it was his at first. A little bit later Voobly mod writes to us and says that Sheriff_007 was able to prove it after all, by saying the correct e-mail address of the user.
- Staff checked the IPs of Ertug`s nick and jANjAN, and also ran an IP tracer - and came up with the same result (but no exact IP match, thus not 100% evidence).
- The day they retrieved the jANjAN nick back, Emin changed the nickname in his Sign-up post for the "AOK 2v2 BF Tourney" for his teammate, who was Ertug(ciaquinaxi), to the jANjAN nickname.

#20. Cheating is not allowed. Players executing any form of cheating will be disqualified from Masters of Arabia 2v2 Edition and banned from future AoCZone events, as well as the AoCZone forums. The team whose player is caught cheating will be disqualified from the Tournament as well.
Upon confronting SmokeHaso with the proof, the team admitted that our proof was accurate, which will generate the following consequences.
The Decision:
Considering all the facts and their implications, the Tournament Staff made the following decision(s):
- From this point on, the SmokeHaso team has been disqualified from the Tournament.
- The match SmokeHaso played against RED A will be noted as an Admin Win for RED A team.
- A decision regarding Emin's role in SmokeHaso is still being discussed by the staff. It will be updated as a decision is made. After being confronted with the issue, Emin was helpful and admitted the accusations. This is appreciated by the Staff.
