You are forgetting both Capoch and Jordan beat Seed 4. I don't think they will get seed 3, unless one of the top 3 lose to someone other than top 3 (could be wrong though, this system is hard to pin down with the random matchups).Here I think it's not such a big deal since the qualifying rule is pretty chill (top 8 out of 14 leaves room for error), but the fact that match ups are selected randomly is an issue if the results of swiss are used to seed the final bracket. For instance the winner of Capoch vs Jordan is almost assured to finish top 3/4 without playing any of Viper/Hera/Liereyy who were the initial top 3 seeds of the event.
