Regarding Voobly China, of course it affects the game very much in a very bad way. It affects the promotion of AoC in China - unfortunately it's in the hands of Voobly US and obviously to better promote the game, they need to improve that in the future. In order to promote AoC in China in the future, 200k is a great start, and more events similar to this will help bring the game to more young people. AoC used to be as popular in China as Dota 2 or LoL is now.

I would love to hear Paladin's opinions on what Voobly China is doing wrong and how it can improve to attract more Chinese players.
From what I know, the number of concurrent Chinese players playing AOC on other platforms peaks at over 10, 000 on weekends etc.Oops, totally missed that part in the question while reading your transcript. Still I am very curious how AOEII streams are attracting tens of thousands of Chinese but only a few hundreds are active playing (at least on Voobly).
