Yup, this is likely what's happening. The easiest way to test is to start a single player game and select both a villager and your scout. Then look at the bottom left while pressing your build hotkey. You should be able to see one of the other buttons being activated (e.g. the scout will change formation or attack stance).If by "don't build" you mean the economy tab wont open then check your hotkeys if a formation hotkeys is the same as the economy tab hotkey. Idk if I understand your question right but try that

lmao thought this was normal from installing it from HD since in original aoc it didnt happen, totally relate to OP.
yeah my building hotkey B conflicks with no attack stance B as well. thank you very much for the fix.

This is exactly that happens to me. Selecting scout and two villes and there is no attack stance B.
I am trying aoe tools from Greg but still not successful. I will change no attack not key. LOL.
