I have been busy. I work 6 days a week doing manual labour and have a family as well as lift. I keep meaning to come back and play but the idea doesn't stick. I had fun playing AOC but its been actually quite a few years now.

I doubt you'll be coming back to aoe. I know more than a few people who are married with kids and I just don't see them anymore. Feels a bit sad somewhere for socializing, but they all wanted a family. Maybe I'll see them again once their kids are in their teens.

I don't use the gym but I cross country ski very often. Used to use the gym for calisthenics. Muscle ups, flagpole, straddle planche... They are a good workout. Why I do it -- exercise is good for you... And it's fun.

Being smaller I prefer plyos and calisthenics to power lifting.

I was pretty much obsessed with the latter actually.

There's probably around 5-6 scout variation BOs I am aware of and I always tried to make sure every vill went to the proper place at the proper time. Didn't have a whole lot of experience with it vs maa to the point I could perfect it, but there may be another few. So probably around 8.

I think of all the players I know or played, Riut had the best feudal with scout builds (mostly because of his micro on open maps). Then #2 would be slam and Viper (think slam is above Viper, definitely one of best scout BOs). The interesting thing about slam with scout builds is that he had some very neat tricks with them in Hun wars that I never saw anyone ever do back and since then.

Unfortunately not at the top of my head. The ones I could give you perished on my old hdd around 4 years ago.

I tried using the search function as there's a particular set that stood out vs Viper, but none of the mini-maps I saw matched what I see in my head (the elements are unmistakeable). That was around 2013 or 2014, when both were in Tyrant. I'd have to look at some of the games myself from the search and see if there are the ideas behind slam's flexibility and BOs.

Game 3 the Arabia Hun war of course. Patch 1.3 in offline voobly tool (I can't make it work by voobly itself with 1.0c patch).

The thing about this game is not the pure sc for a while, but about the flexbility for those who know slam. This game is the very core of slam's style from playing him a lot in the past. Slam has one of the most flexible Hun styles I ever saw (if not the most flexible), and it was like this because he enjoyed mind games above everything else. I know he did stuff like this drush + 10 min feudal and scouts, then he had around 3 or 4 possible follow ups from drushing (harder to read if unaware -- allowed mind games vs him). This stuff wasn't tied strictly to drushing either, rather it was his whole style. His feudal economy for Huns is extremely good, which also helped him fool people as well in certain situations like full feudal wars (he'd castle faster sometimes).

Don't know about other games which I'm sure there are vs others, but enjoy this one. It is entertaining.

Im not a big guy,but ive been explosive from a young age. Now getting slower as age catches up but still retain a high % of static strength from my peak of 4-5 yrs ago due to staying in shape. I find I get injured more easier,all it takes is for me to get slightly out of the groove of an exercise and it hurts the next day. Small injuries take weeks to heal. Respect your training,doing difficult maneuvers with your body is not easy and takes discipline.

Hey gerry, i go to gym and train, i used to think i dont need it etc but u were right i was weak, i apologize, now i need it, my handsomness, my beautiful face, isnt enough
I used to start, and stop, and not be constant
Now, I train a lot recently, and try hard swimming pool too, 4x week gym 2x week swimming
Swimming is cool too

why?
Because this summer (in september) i go holiday, with a top model, i dont want look ridiculous

I go to the gym. The reason I go is because I noticed definite improvements in nearly all facets of my life. For example my allergies have basically subsided once I started going regularly. I'm more flexible and feel less pain in my lower back (a problem area for me). Plus as I age it's good to keep the body moving and engaged. I don't want to be one of those old guys who can barely walk. But I do urge caution, exercising vigorously can lead to injury so push the limits wisely. Know where to draw the line.

I do a lot of cardio but I also do resistance training. I feel healthier and stronger and that feels good. That alone is worth going for.

havent been in ages,but doing exercise at my job. I probably lift 13-14 tonnes each shift as well as carrying about 10-11 kms. Id most likely beat you up fast Edie,you are very skinny with no muscle and drink too much. I am old but have power. You would cry. But i wouldnt do that unless you stole my wife,but i think she prefer body that has strength not prettyboy justin bieber legs.
