I've been looking for the stats, balance, and civ info for the original AoK since I find it really interesting. I looked on AoK Heaven and couldn't find it. Is there anywhere that has that original info? Thank you in advance!
If you look in the Age of Empires wiki on fandom you will find the change log for all units and civs since AoK, but you will have to look it up one by one and put it together, there is no general overview

I don't know the exact differences with what unit stat were changed in between, but I can tell you about general units, technologies etc.. from wiki, and some stuff I remember when I was a kid.
Hussars, Halberdiers, Petards didn't exist.
Civs didn't have unique technologies.
Thumb Ring, Bloodlines, Parthian Tactics, Theocracy, Heresy, Herbal Medicine, Caravan technologies didn't exist
Scorpions affected by Fletching, Bodkin, Bracer...
Town centers didn't cost wood
Bombard Towers dealt melee damage (they dealt full damage to rams, not just 1 dmg)
Bombard Cannons 50hp instead of 80hp
Bombard Cannons and Hand Canoneers had technologies that you had to research before you were able to create them (and that was on top of Chemistry).
So if you wanted to make hand canons, first you research Chemistry, and then pay for the tech that enables hand canons (like for bombard tower and cannon galleon).
- Turks 50% discount on gunpowder techs was even better because it was also saving res for these 2 upgrades. Also Turks had +50% hp on gunpowder instead of +25%. Janisaries had a bit less attack, but they had some small bonus vs infantry.
Teutons had +2 attack and +5 range on town center(probably it was very op)
Goth Huskarls had 2 less pierce armor, moved slower, and way less bonus dmg vs archers. Also you couldn't make them in barracks because unique techs didn't exist.
This should be enough info i guess, for the main differences.

yeah i also wrote by mistake that town centers didn't cost wood 11, meant to say didn't cost stone.also have in mind 2.0 and 2.0a versions of aok are significatevly different
in 2.0 teuton douche was a thing, they had more range so it was impossible to defend... also in 2.0 TCs costed only wood as far as i remember
