Hi everyone. It's me again. I was just wondering what are balance changes that the general public thinks should be implemented. You can be more or less specific about them. Here's my list (in no particular order) :
1) give indians battl ahahaha you felt for it, right? Just kidding. Let's go for the real list
1)buff portuguese. In general, but particularly land. Ports don't have quite a lot in land. Their twin civ (the italians) are better both in land and water. I think they lack both military and economic potential. I heard someone said 50% cheaper university techs. I think it's a good idea. Would give them ealier ballistics, and that would help them in both water and land, and would cover both weaknesses. Plus, being a cov that's supposed to be strong in late game, it would affect them until mid game. Caravels could get some small buff as well (not in price, but in quality). Getting squiers is not a bad idea neither
2)koreans land: another water civ that sucks in land. Koreans have literally nothing going for them in land, except for towers and an really small eco bonus. I came with the idea of free armor upgrade for archers, since it will create a good synergie with their tower theme. Also woulde be useful for their UU
3)burmese. I really like burmese, but I think they lack something. Maybe it's their lack of answers against archers, or maybe is thay they are specialized in not so popular units (elephants - infantry). They have really good monastery, but again, weird unit to have as a core of your army. I would know how to buff them
4) Aztecs are just to good. Some say their monks are too strong. I'mnot arguing that, but i don't think is the main issue. Their amazing eco times their quick military creation it just too good. I would nerf the bonus to 10%
5)Turks imperial peak it's just not enough. Turks are not that good. Yeah, their early imperial is good, but not THAT good. It doesn't justify an certain defeat when gold runs out. I would give them either elite skirmishers or some pseudo trash unit (10 or 15 G cost) that is useful against archers or and or skirmishers, but weak against everything else. Also, I have that against any good archer civ is an civ lost (yeah, CA, I know, again, not to many options, really)
6) el dorado and drill are just to good. Mayans eagles seems inmortal sometimes. Extra 30hp would be better. And drill... Wellz mongold have the best siege killers and at the same time the fastes siege... Drill should be a little more difficult to get (either in time or cost)
