Not judging means not to sentence a person for whatever he does, having compassion about his limitations and "mistakes", and so trying to lead him towards a safer way.

I reckon he's saying: If a person isn't benefiting financially, I won't automatically think the worst of him.

So he is watching Jordans stream right before he faces him, then after the game he switches to miguel's stream for a minute and he gets miguel as opponent? Man that's bad luck i guess... I know innocent until proven guilty but we have it literally on video.

This so much. If he was always watching the same stream ok, but convenietly he always seems to be watching the stream of his opponent.

Many times I've played aoe2 with an aoe2 stream open on my second monitor. Usually of one of the top players (that I'm not even close to in level and thus would never play them anyway), but sometimes the stream of a lower level player, f.e. Smarthy or Maggy. When in the same team I just kept the stream open and when teaming against I paused/closed the stream. However there are many times that I came to the realization that the stream was still open 10min or more into the game. Quick alt+tab to pause/close it.

For me it's entirely believeable that someone can have a stream open on a second monitor without actually using it to cheat.

It could also be that he doesn't think it's a big deal. Some people might think stream sniping is part of the game and that you SHOULD try to get every advantage over your opponent.

He might even assume they're doing it to him. I don't know, I'm just throwing some possible theories out there. I've met people who weren't really in tune with the "rules of the game" as it were and I wouldn't characterize them as being unethical...they just didn't know and might think you're an ***** if you didn't "cheat".

Having said that I think he now has sufficient information and knowledge to close the stream of his opponent when facing them.

That many times is the case, though. Unless someone saw the vent in admin and can call it out.

The killer kills-> vents, and someone else gets blamed for the kill.

Nah, it wasn't a troll. The sentence structure made me think that the first phrase applied to you. So I just read it and thought it was a strange statement. In reading what @doacid said, though, I see what you were trying to say. I meant no harm

i just wanna say two things:

1) All the proofs and stuff seems to lead to the idea that he is stream sniping and probably he is a stream cheater. Also i dont know the guy really well and personally i dont like the monostrat player like him or hoang so im not writing this out of courtesy.

2) Anyway i've played 5-6 games vs the guy today and people told that they were hearing my alerts on his stream and that he had my stream on his second monitor, so i checked the vods later on his stream. Checking the vods and skipping between games i didnt hear any alert, i didnt see my stream on his second monitor, and i never saw him looking his second monitor(from what i've seen he rarely looks at it).
This could be an exception of course, he might have streamsniped vs miguel or jordan or other players.
But this time people exaggerated and told me things that were false(at least from what i've seen).
Bringing proof is fundamental on this occasion, but ganging up on a guy and bullyng him this much could lead to wrong accusations. Now i personally dont give a s*it about him streamsniping but i was wrongly Accused of cheating 4-5 years ago on MoA 1 for the match vs Pike(from the rec they saw a conversation in italian between me and Darkdevil, he was writing things like "gogo you almost got this game" or "keep pressuring him you're almost there")At the time i was naive and i didnt put busy on my voobly messenger also i didnt ask him to stop writing messages(mainly because those were useless informations for the game outcome) but that situation led to a big misunderstanding and i had to replay the series vs pike. Fortunately the thing ended there and it didnt have any repercussions. Therefore i think that having a stream on the second monitor while you play(and particurarly having the stream of the player you're vs)its something you should never do precisely to avoid these misunderstandings but it could happen by mistake.
When he says that "only a stupid would stream snipe with the camera on" It makes me remember that i said a similar thing on that situation "if me and darkdevil are all the day and all the days on teamspeak or skype why would i use an in-game chat to cheat?".
That is why i still give him the benefit of the doubt(even if he looks damn guilty).

Top players are not reading their chat to find information about the game they are playing (I hope). Stream sniping is deliberatly looking for info.

There's definitely a difference. Chat can only tell you information that you could have known yourself. You may not have seen the gold or the hole yourself, but it is visible to you.

Streamcheating however gives you information that you otherwise have no way of knowing. What unit's does the enemy go for? Has he clicked up already? Is he making a sneak forward? Where exactly is his drush?

It surely does give an advantage, but I do think it's not a crazy big advantage. Maybe +200 elo? So a 1800 can kill a 2k when using streamcheats but still dies to a 2k1+. As you mentioned streamcheating does add a distraction, same with chat backseating.

Agreed, but I would still put that under streamcheating, not chat trying to be helpful. A moderator should timeout immediately and warn that viewer that streamcheating is not allowed.

Edit: btw, it's not something that happens often, most viewers seem to know very well that's it's not done to streamcheat for the streamer. Last time I had to deal with this in slam's chat for example is weeks if not months ago.

Yeah, I woudn't say it happens super often, at least not the super obvious cases. However the lines are really blurry from what I can see. It's hard to know if someone is simply giving advice or he has "extra information".
Anyhow there's so much **** going on in chat that I doubt it's of much help to players anyway. You'll find people saying one thing and others saying the complete opposite.I don't think players have the means nor the time in 0.1 seconds looking at the chat to know what is good advice or not. Specially when chat consists of noob players mostly. Furthermore as someone else already pointed out the intention of players when they look at chat is to keep the interaction going.

Kinda, I think it can range from borderline useless in some games to very helpful in others.

I mean, just on the Jordan VOD Bean only has to see the screen once in a "few minute time window" to see the early barracks and know a drush is coming and casually pre-wall woodlines. He doesn't need to watch every move to adjust for a killer strategy. It's like when he was playing vs slam and would always somehow have picked the perfect strat to counter what slam was doing (always picked the correct rock/paper/scissors counter of Cuman feudal boom vs early pressure vs etc.).

Is the evidence strong enough to counter "beyond a reasonable doubt?" Maybe, maybe not. Is there a "preponderance of evidence?" Yes. Absolutely.
