I tried hitting it 5 times and it still stops sometimes. The amount of hits doesn't matter.Try two hit and see how it goes?
To be fair they do this only every single patch.
"rare"
Damnit man. It's not about the boars, it's about the plajer.
Yeah i can remember there was a World Cup map back when SY sponsored them and there was something wrong with the trees in one map and someone posted a rec where lumberjacks would just stop working even tho there were plenty of trees still and then he gave the solution and said it will be fixed in the next userpatch version.I miss scripter who in these threads will come up with exact answers, the pixel on the boars tail is off by .22mm resulting in a collision with a leaf on the ground and hence the boar gb's.. scripter 14...
In this example it also seems like it's when it hits the sand area in the original lure that the boar stops. Could also be an additional bug if you are luring with eagle that if it stops like that it will continue to bug out with future lures unless it reaches its original starting point. Never paid too much attention when boar stopped in game so might check that out.I think it always happens when the boar is running perfectly diagonal. I have noticed that in the video from nachos thread https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42zEaB50dTA&feature=youtu.be and in my own games as well. Here it looks like its always timed on a specific distance from the villager. Dont think its when the attack animation starts because i have also seen them stop farther away in the past. Idk if it was this patch tho.
I would argue it's slowly becoming more playable... only very very very very very very very very very slowly. And with lots of falls backwards. This game is slowly becoming less and less playable
