given the varied map pool i'm not that surprised tbh. Turks, Vietnamese etc are probably more well rounded than Franks or Gurjaras

probably the top pros value fun over performance in this tourney (case in point: rubenstock picking persians) and Turks and Burmese are more fun to play overall than Franks Gurjaras or Berbers

Liereyy had interest to play, but wasn't sure about having time to play all rounds. Of course I would want all the players to participate, but keep in mind the prizepool when I invited was 0 U$D (For Fun Tournament), so of course some players prioritized other things.

I don't understand how you did the correlation between Liereyy not participating and me not wanting him to.
