GAMEPLAY
Ctrl (when right-clicking) :: target objects hidden behind buildings (or alternates)
Ctrl + Alt (when right-clicking) :: move unit without targeting.
Shift + Idle Villager Button :: locate idle military units (same as idle military hotkey)
Mouse wheel :: manual gate rotation when building gate
F1 :: toggle the display of events in the chat log and extended help hover popups
F2 :: display the tech tree
F3 :: pause the game
F4 :: toggle score stats display (or stats modes in rec/spec)
F6 :: skip to the next track in your m3u music playlist
F7 :: toggle always on top window mode
F8 :: cycle background modes (except in multiplayer)
F11 :: toggle clock display
Ctrl + F12 :: full map print screenshot
Alt + F5 :: toggles network stats near the game clock in multiplayer games (takes about 1 second to appear, can't toggle while paused, and only the host sees all of the data)
Shift + [1-9] :: If enabled, (Game -> v1.5 Beta R6 -> Game Mechanics -> Shift Group Appending) adds units to a Ctrl group while selecting
> + [1-8] :: send a message to a specific player color. This works with humans or to send taunt commands to specific AI players. For example, to send a message to red, type ">2 Hello!" without quotes.
The mt stat is cpu lag and the mp stat is network lag. Players other than the host will not see the mt or mp stats. The second number of each pair is the player slot number that is currently causing the worst performance for the stat. For mt (cpu lag), the first number should usually be below 10 when the game starts and increase slowly toward maybe 15-20 later on. For mp (net lag), the first number is just their ping. If mt is 20+ at the start of the game, something is almost certainly wrong with that player's system or game options (using 32-bit color or not using it depending on GPU driver support, excessive screen resolution for their system, running animated water on a slower system, etc.).
Note that the player slot number isn't the player color, so please see the order of names on the diplomacy window to find out which player it is, where 1 is the first slot, etc.

RECORDINGS / SPEC
Ctrl + Left :: slower speed
Ctrl + Right :: faster speed
Ctrl + Shift + Down :: normal speed
Ctrl + Shift + Left :: slower speed by small %
Ctrl + Shift + Right :: faster speed by small %
Shift + Slow/Fast Rec Buttons (bottom-left) :: change speed by small %
Ctrl + Shift + Up :: locate king or rms guard unit
Ctrl + Idle Villager Button :: locate king or rms guard unit
Ctrl + Shift + [F1-F9] :: switch player point of view (F9 is Gaia)
Shift when using the player name dropdown list :: switch without changing view
Alt + T (chat hotkey) :: toggle state 'All Visible'
Alt + F (flare hotkey) :: toggle state 'Fog of War'
Numpad + :: switch to next player
Numpad - :: switch to previous player
Shift + Select Another Player Object :: switch focus to that player without changing the map view
Shift + Minimap Flare Button :: enable mouse wall scanning to find holes, etc.

RECORDINGS / SPEC (Standard UP v1.5 Outside Voobly)
Stats Button (top-right of minimap) :: cycle score stats display mode downward
Shift + Stats Button (top-right of minimap) :: cycle score stats display mode upward
Ctrl + Down :: cycle score stats display mode downward
Ctrl + Up :: cycle score stats display mode upward

OPTIONS
F6 - F8 can be disabled by the Disable extended hotkeys option. The arrow key combinations and numpad +/- can be adjusted from the hotkey editor by the keyboard scroll and game speed hotkeys. Since the Left arrow key is scroll left by default, for example, Ctrl + Left is the slower speed hotkey. If scroll left was changed to the L key, then slower speed would become Ctrl + L, etc.

Edit: List completed thanks to Scripter!

Hi! Just a few additions/adjustments, including general stuff for reference:

GAMEPLAY
Shift + Idle Villager Button (near minimap, not hotkey) :: locate idle military units (same as idle military hotkey)
Alt + F5 :: toggles network stats near the game clock in multiplayer games (takes about 1 second to appear, can't toggle while paused, and only the host sees all of the data)
F1 :: toggle the display of events in the chat log and extended help hover popups
F2 :: display the tech tree
F3 :: pause the game
F4 :: toggle score stats display (or stats modes in rec/spec)
F6 :: skip to the next track in your m3u music playlist
F7 :: toggle always on top window mode
F8 :: cycle background modes (except in multiplayer)
F11 :: toggle clock display
Ctrl + F12 :: full map print screenshot

RECORDINGS / SPEC
Shift + Slow/Fast Rec Buttons (bottom-left) :: change speed by small %
Ctrl + Shift + Left :: slower speed by small %
Ctrl + Shift + Right :: faster speed by small %
Ctrl + Shift + Up :: locate king or rms guard unit
Ctrl + Idle Villager Button (near minimap, not hotkey) :: locate king or rms guard unit
Numpad + :: switch to next player
Numpad - :: switch to previous player

RECORDINGS / SPEC (Standard UP v1.5 Outside Voobly)
Stats Button (top-right of minimap) :: cycle score stats display mode downward
Shift + Stats Button (top-right of minimap) :: cycle score stats display mode upward
Ctrl + Down :: cycle score stats display mode downward
Ctrl + Up :: cycle score stats display mode upward

F6 - F8 can be disabled by the Disable extended hotkeys option. The arrow key combinations and numpad +/- can be adjusted from the hotkey editor by the keyboard scroll and game speed hotkeys. Since the Left arrow key is scroll left by default, for example, Ctrl + Left is the slower speed hotkey. If scroll left was changed to the L key, then slower speed would become Ctrl + L, etc.
It takes a moment to appear, so please don't press it more than once or it will toggle off again. Thank you for all your hard work! I copy pasted your corrections and additions in

I'm going to laugh so hard if I miss the Alt + F5 hotkey

Thank you for making this thread! It will be very helpful to link to in the future. The t/f pair is internal turn data and the fc/ft stats represent the turn rate, where fc is the number of simulation frames per sync turn and ft is the approximate time provided for each player to complete a simulation frame. The fc/ft stats can help to see the general state of cpu/net lag, even by non-host players. The ft stat and the mt stat are closely linked and indicate cpu lag, so as mt increases, ft will also increase. As the level of network lag increases, fc will increase, as well. If you see fc:2 and ft:17, everything is performing perfectly with low cpu lag and low ping.

Some additional optimizations are currently being worked on for multiplayer that should make the experience smoother for games where one of the players is spiking cpu/network lag constantly.

In the UP v1.5 private beta, a new feature has been added for rec/spec player switching. If you hold "Shift" and select another player's unit or building (except gaia), the focus will seamlessly switch to that player without changing the map view. This can be useful to easily observe a battle from multiple sides without being distracted by using the player name dropdown or having the view move across the map with each player change, etc. It's a full focus switch, so the UI, resource numbers, and fog of war will change with each shift+select. After testing, this feature will become available in an update for v1.5 Beta R6. Thanks to AsteriskRAY for feedback!

Yes, ">[1-8] message" can be used to send a message to a specific player color. This works with humans or to send taunt commands to specific AI players and you don't need to adjust message targeting from the full chat window checkboxes first. For example, to send a message to red, type ">2 Hello!" without quotes.
