Can anyone tell me the easy way, I mean in a simple man's language on how to convert this recorded game files in the above post to watch?

Download the file and save it on your save game directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II\Voobly Mods\AOC\Data Mods\WololoKingdoms\SaveGame . Then you have different options to run it:

- Launch the game on single player with the same version of Wk and run it from there.
- Launch the game on single player through voobly with the same version of WK and run it from there.
- Launch the recorded game option on voobly with the same version of WK.

Personally I prefer the 2nd one.

Bro, thanks for your response. But, why should I save it on the C:// can't I do it on D or E drives?, secondly, I'm very less knowledge on the computer games bro, any possibilities you give a screenshot and explain it bro...thanks for your understanding.

Yes you can have the game installed on any other folder or disk, but save the file to your game directory, that usually is like the above.
