Can you elaborate? How is a fair distribution?Maybe Aoe2 community would be more pleased if they were treated fairly. And by that I mean the distribution of funds for tournaments.

Nothing (or maybe small amounts) for aoe1, aom, aoe3 or aoe4 and mostly everything for aoe2. Just like it was before. Can you elaborate? How is a fair distribution?
And once again Rise of Nations is left out. Least favorite child of Microsoft. Let's do a 5000€ RoN tournament!Nothing (or maybe small amounts) for aoe1, aom, aoe3 or aoe4 and mostly everything for aoe2. Just like it was before.
More an Age of Empires game than AoE3.And once again Rise of Nations is left out. Least favorite child of Microsoft. Let's do a 5000€ RoN tournament!
I just realized that Nili may have done us a huge favor by taking the job. It is clear from the timing tha MS was not going to hire anyone who was not very enthusiastic about AoE4. Imagine if they had hired EGC instead...
And you got to:We have been:
Giving them money for Age of Kings
Giving them money for The Conquerors
Giving them money for HD Edition
Giving them money for The Forgotten
Giving them money for The African Kingdoms
Giving them money for Rise of the Rajas
Giving them money for DE
Giving them money for Lord of the West
Giving them money for Dawn of the Dukes
Helping Microsoft by developing mods for their game
Helping Microsoft when watching on Twitch and spreading their game
Helping Microsoft in a million different ways, growing their IP
Why are most of the forum admins / discord admins / tourney admins / event hosts, whether or not going to be paid by MS, not jumping on the "**** MS" bandwagon?
Fun? No one is allowed to have fun any more! Everything has to be a drama, bro.Once again our infinite human creativity is finding a way to create division and conflict when we could be having fun together instead.
Drama is fun. Otherwise people wouldn't love to engage in it.Fun? No one is allowed to have fun any more! Everything has to be a drama, bro.
I agree it creates some form of attraction. I wouldn't exactly call it fun though ^^Drama is fun. Otherwise people wouldn't love to engage in it.
Indeed it does. I don’t deny some attract me, though I tend to stay out of it if it doesn’t concern me. Not to derail the topic either, but why though?I agree it creates some form of attraction. I wouldn't exactly call it fun though ^^
Mmmh, I'd say that's a really deep rabbit hole to go into.Indeed it does. I don’t deny some attract me, though I tend to stay out of it if it doesn’t concern me. Not to derail the topic either, but why though?
Is it because it’s an alteration of a daily routine? The emotions it can bring about sort of make one feel alive? A time to present opinions during a serious moment and see whose right or whose wrong (some affirmation or reaffirmation of ego in that sense)? Just curious, thought about it from time to time when I see how big drama topics get on here (and elsewhere too I suppose).
Indeed, I suppose it is. Little bit of a shame though, was genuinely interested in your thoughts on it. Won’t press you.Mmmh, I'd say that's a really deep rabbit hole to go into.
