DM Gaming is proud to announce the GoodBye HD DM Tournament. As we say hello to DE, we take a look back at the wonderful game that is Age of Empires 2 HD edition. Pitting the finest HD players against each other in this beautiful 1 v 1 tournament hosted on Green Arabia, lets say goodbye in a very special way!


Maps - GA - TU GA
Round Rules - Last 16, Quarter Finals & Semi Finals to be played in a Bo3 Format, All games to Random Mirrored Civs. Single Elimination 1 v 1

Finals on Sunday to be played in a bo5 format.

Disqualification Settings: No smurfing, no other form of cheating

Match Settings - all decisions when judging matches made by DM Gaming Admin are final

All Voobly players have already said their goodbyes years ago, so it kind of makes sense to not invite them. Good luck for the tournament, but obviously this is the wrong site for this.

good idea to say goodbye to HD. Can we play the games on Voobly though?

 

Obviously Voobly people cannot understand us HD plebs and the sadness of losing our community. I think it's a great idea and I will play even though I am no DMer.

its to stop the top dmers from voobly going to hd and winning as its well known voobly is a higher standard. i agree that the settings are right to give the hd community a chance of winning as is the right move as its a goodbye hd tournament. the players there have made there own community so its only right. goodluck with the tournament i hope it is a success as i know what effort you and zack have gone to to set this up. also would be nice if you can get aoezone to setup a seperate tourney forum for you
