Welcome to The Delicious Showmatch 3: GL vs WWP!
We are back with the third installment of the most yummy aoe2 showmatch! Just like the previous one, it will be a play all 5 games match, this time between Gamer Legion and White Wolf Palace! All games will be 4v4s, with one totally new map making an appearance. The showmatch got rescheduled to Wednesday, 14th of July, 2pm (14:00) GMT / 10am EST
Settings:
Game 1 | 4v4 | Four Flavors NomadGame 2 | 4v4 | Seafood Pie
Game 3 | 4v4 | Enchilada Trio
Game 4 | 4v4 | Sushi Roll
Game 5 | 4v4 | Surf & Turf
▶ All games are hidden pick no repeat but there is a twist! Just like in the previous showmatch, each team will ban a total of 8 civs their opponent cannot use in this match and after all of those are determined, each team will get to snipe a civ from their banned civs pool resulting in a total of 7 civs they can't use. Since Captain's Mode doesn't support our wonky draft ideas, we will be using picks as bans.
▶ The draft order is:
ABBAABBAABBAABBA, followed by a parallel snipe

Map characteristics cheat sheet:Four Flavors Nomad
We start the Mayhem where the first delicious series ended – now with civ drafts along with more stone and gold. Each player has four villagers on each of the 4 flavored continents to kick off this 4v4 series.
Seafood Pie
A now familiar 3v3 map has been extended to 4v4 with a familiar chop to the Pie region. Will water be more or less contested with an extra pocket? Or will teams forget about the corner komodos?
Enchilada Trio
The enchiladas are back with team positions enabled and opponents closer. Each team will have two corner ponds and who will get double enchilada access. Will we see more water this time or will FC siege still dominate?
Sushi Roll
In this variation of Medi, you technically don’t have stone, which is found along the coast to the middle sea. Unlike medi, instead of open sea you will find a golden ring with your navy, and an even greater concentration of fish in the center pond. Without a chop, how dominant will water be compared to the pie?
Surf & Turf
Have your spear ready because we’ve doubled the customers for this hybrid map. In this 4v4, flanks will find the enemy across the mangrove cross. The extra golds are in the grassy quadrants while the extra stones are in the bumpy mangrove cross. Will land dominate again or will ships set sail in a 4v4?
