Don't you feel managed, folks?
On its own this would be 100% reasonable. Coming from the team that left the game broken for a month with no communication? Maybe not so much...
Specific threads which detailed problems have been made since the DE beta. They all went ignored. Consistent, reproducible problems would get absolutely no response. The best you could ever hope for was "Thanks, this is already being tracked".I found this post pretty good, honestly? Can you precise your criticism on that post?

Well we all know they are tied up and gagged by MS apparently to do nothing and say nothing until its time for the monthly patch, with the fantastic new event taking enough attention to not be too much ashamed of their own failure^This
Biggest issue about the problems is def their communication with the community.

I agree with this. The part about constructive criticism is absolutely justified and some people in the forums are just jerks. That second bullet point is quite a doozy.

There's been no interaction with the 'community' outside of the monthly patch notes. The only exception I can think of was when TriRem @'d Zac directly to get him to act on the lack of moderation.
There's definitely a way to be toxic about complaints, that is not productive in the slightest - but when there is NO community interaction at all, what's left? You can only make threads on the AOE forums about bugs so many times before you realise nobody is listening.
I guess my major criticism is: What is the community manager even doing? Is their job literally just to write the patch notes?

They are kidnapped and every month they are allowed to talk to their parents. Maybe we should ask them to blink, if they are not alright to detect the state of unfreedom.Their what
