August 30th 2015, 1st update (Round 1)
Canada kicked the Finals Stage off with a 4-0 win over Mexico B. This proved to be the beginning of a round where we would only see the minimum or maximum amount of games played per match. All matches ended in either 4-0/0-4 or
4-3/3-4.
Partly because of the "forced" 3v3 in the China A vs Japan A match, we have decided that Bet 11: "How many teams will play at their homemap as a 4v4?" will be voided. This means that all stakes placed on this bet will be returned.
The big winner this round was Lews_Therin with:
September 7th 2015, 2nd update (Round 2)
There are a total of 5 bets who are still awaiting the final result, because the match between Brazil A and Vietnam A has been postponed. The amount of gold placed on these bets are placed between "()" after the total amount column. The number displayed under the total amount is the gold that you are allowed to bet with next round.
Bet 16 has been voided in order to limit the amount of gold frozen in open bets. This means that all stakes placed on this bet will be returned.
The big winner this round was Arma with:
September 12th 2015, 3rd update (Round 2 - part 2)
This update is after all game of round have been played. Only 1 participant correctly predicted the winner in the
Brazil A (vs) Vietnam A match, this was longlyda. Now that is some true patriotism, to defy the odds and the general thought about the match and believe in your country!
September 14th 2015, 4th update (Round 3)
We see a lot of big changes although only 1 match was played last weekend. (_blank) xuki was the biggest riser this round, going from the penultimate place (82), to a place just out of the top 10 (11).
The big winner this round was Skibari with just 5 gold more than xuki:
September 20th 2015, 5th update (Round 4)
The Germans and the Mexicans were the big scorers this round, with 3 Germans and 2 Mexicans scoring a return of over 1k gold and with them the only players who received more than 1k gold this round.
The big winner this round was Arma:
September 23th 2015, 6th update (Round 5 - part 1)
The Germans are teaming up to conquer the whole table. It is now up to (_blank) L_Clan_Cabron__ to keep the top 5 from becoming all German. Arma is still in the lead, but has to be careful next round, because the competition is closing in on him. Everything is still possible in the final games.
We also have our first busts. _JoHnNy_, eleaten and Zygene were the first ones to bust this prediction contest. Zygene even rose 2 places because there were 2 others who busted as well. So good job Zygene!
We don't have one big winner this round, but we have multiple big winners, all with the same bet, namely
(_blank) L_Clan_Cabron__, nC_Andorin, scud90 and Tsu_NilPferD:
