Yeah this seems the best solution, however, Arambai will still need more help even with the 2nd archer armor. The unit cost a lot and it is so slow with very bad accuracy so the hit and run tactic doesn't work properly with them. I think even if Burmese got the 2nd archer, Arambai should get speed and cost buffs.If you give them the 2nd armor it fixes their skirms' weakness to xbows in castle age and buffs arambai. Probably the most parsimonious fix to the civ.

They went from 17 attack to 12 attack but their projectile now deals full damage vs any unit that it hits as opposed to only dealing 50% damage to any non-target unit. This is a buff against massed ranged units but a nerf against melee units, particularly ones with high pierce armor.But that was an year ago, not sure if Arambai had been nerfed since then.
