Hello all.
With the changes to the script making Arabia more open, and with Kodt3 showcasing how the DE meta will presumably be in the next months, a doubt about the opening strategies came up in my mind.
Now that it's way more difficult to pull the infamous Drush + FC, the Drush itself seems to be on the low, with the M@a build being used very, very often.
The problem arises, as far as I understand, when it comes to the transition: M@a + Archers is a classic build, and feels natural, M@a + Scouts, on the other hand, looks really awkward, meaning that civs that do not want to go archers in the first place try to go for the pure scout opening.
My question is, what is the best way for a civ that wants to do the Scout opening in a meta heavy with M@a + Archers? Walls? Just endure the pressure of the M@a until you can make them? Or going for a Drush/M@a yourself is an option?
