Yes I do. Even if I lose with goths, I just pick goths with random option on. So any civ pickers will be dealt with hardcore laming of boars and deer. 90% of the time I lose with this, but hey, I have so much fun in making the game anti - fun for my enemy who has decided to pick a civ.
