You can schedule with your opponent via any form of communication you want but BOTH players have to confirm a date that's agreed upon in their scheduling thread.

Please get familiar with and follow the rules and settings.

Civ and map drafts have to be posted in the scheduling thread at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the match. The player with the higher seed is expected to either post the draft themself or ensure the other player does it.
