Hope we see a lot more of him. Especially liked the history lessons and the air of professionalism he brought to the event. So impressive in every way.

Fully agree, high praises here - that was great. The interview-style could be a bit improved that I think he's done really well overall. And the history-bit was a great addition indeed!

I guess I'm the only who didn't enjoy the history part? Was just too short and superficial for me, but I guess that is what the format is and it's better than no history lessons at all.

Besides that he was by far the best we had so far. I only expected the winner interview to be longer and I hoped they would bring T90 and Dave along to ask more gameplay-related questions.

I liked his interview style. Simple questions “describe how you feel”, more like sports interviews in general. No need to go through the games really

Great interviewer, but I also felt Dave and T90 should've been part of the winner interview.

I didn't enjoy the history bits at all, but I think he did a fine job interviewing.

I would preffer to see someone that knows the game well. At least a real fan, not a magic gathering history nerd.

While Riley himself was great, it would probably be worth at some point to give some talented native AOE2 caster some segment to host in upcoming RBW... we need to be able to promote some homegrown casting talents.. i really loved LIL's role last time, wish she was in a better timezone.

I really liked Riley and i hope we see more of him in the future, but am i the only one who gets a little annoyed every time organizers/companies assume that every aoe fan is some kind of history nerd?

Don't get me wrong i like to learn some history from time to time, but i really felt it took to much show time that coul've been used in more interesting topics related to the tournament itself.

Considering he had no idea about competitive AoE he did an outstanding job. Imagine hosting an event about something you barely have a clue about in front of 5k+ people.

The history segments were ok. I think they were mainly there to show something while setting up players and casters in the meantime.
