I missed the age I games so I can't compared the view numbers.
Is someone tracking the audience numbers of this event? Wish to know how big is each version of our beloved game!

Not sure if you are asking about the viewers on the aoe2 tournament, but if it's that what you meant here you go.

I was keeping an eye since the playoff start, consider that i didn't keep note so i might misremember something. All the numbers are considering all the aoe2 section on twitch, t90 stream on FB and all the red bull wololo live streams on youtube:

Day 1: Average 40k, pretty sure we never went under 40k after we reached it

Day 2: i don't remember well, it was a bit less than day 1, around 30 - 35k average i think
Quarterfinals: We peaked around 60 - 65k during Tatoh - Jordan game 5 thanks to the front page on twitch. Average for sure higher than day 1, probably between 45 - 50k

Numbers have been insane so far, hope to see even more the final day!

Both AOE1 and AOE4 playoffs didn't start (for aoe1 it will be only the grandfinal)

The games were streamed live exclusively on Facebook Gaming, on player channels only.

The "main" channel at the time was owned by player Chim Sẻ Đi Nắng (who will play the final on Saturday in Heidelberg), but the broadcast on his channel is no longer available. Edited videos were posted on his channel with only his games, which today have 118k (Group Stage) and 154k (Semifinals) views.

I don't know if it's possible to find out the live event numbers, but it's still possible to find some of these streams there:

Are there translators for winner's interview etc or how does it work for AoE1?
There was also a Chinese youtube stream for aoe2 It is at 30k views, didn't keep track of the avg viewer number as I haven't watched it

Escharts only has semifinal which were first games played on Definitive edition instead of RoR so 71k is quite impressive as DE is completely different gameplay
