I have updated the map script, fixed a few typos and bugs. Thanks for the feedback everyone.
NOTE: Some people have experienced situational crashes with this map, this would have been caused by the random generation creating too many overlapping lands. I'm currently trying to get a fix for this so it works 100% of the time, instead of the now ironically random chance for a crash
Changes for version3:
- corrected typos that were causing several units not to spawn, or with lesser numbers
- added furious the monkeyboy and bombardtower
- slightly increased chance to start with a military building
- decreased chance for road terrain (which causes resources not to be placed)
- readjusted the percent chances for regicide/nomad/deathmatch starts (see below)
- readjusted chance for convertable units scattered over the map
- deathmatch start now hhas correct resources (20k f, 20k w, 10k g, 5k stone)
The map generation for the normal and extreme version are the SAME.
the difference between these two maps is that the extreme version has a higher chance for more extreme starts like regicide, nomad, more rare units etc.
extreme everything:
7% land nomad
10% nomad
8% nomad-regicide
20% regicide
41% normal
14% deathmatch
72% convertable units
93% rare units to start with
random everything:
5% landnomad
8% nomad
5% nomad-regicide
10% regicide
65% normal
7% deathmatch
15% convertable units
30% rare units to start with (heroes, castles, siege onager etc)
To correctly install the map download the maps and copy them to:
Microsoftgames/AgeofEmpires2/random
or for wololokingdoms:
Microsoftgames/AgeofEmpires2/vooblymods/AOC/data mods/WololoKingdoms/Script.rm

- varying natural resources (gold tiles, stone tiles, forage, sheep, etc)
- varying amount and types of hostile enemies (wolves, jaguars, etc)

I also include the extreme verison which increases chances for extreme starts!
