§1 - Game Settings
The game settings must be the following.

Size : Tiny (2 player)
Difficulty : Standard
Population : 200
Game Speed : Fast
Reveal Map : Explored
Starting Age : Post-Imperial
Victory Condition : Conquest
Team Together : [X] Yes
All Techs : [ ] No
Allow Cheats : [ ] No
Lock Teams : [X] Yes
Lock Speed : [X] Yes
Record Game : [X] Yes
§2 - Bombard Towers, Gates, Market & Stone Walls
Players may not build any Bombard Towers or Gates of any sort during games. Use of the market & stone walls are allowed.
§3 - Civilization Selection
Repeat picking of civs are not allowed in a series. This will also include the predetermined civs in Game 1 of each round e.g. Round 1 - Huns. Repeat picking of maps is allowed.
§9 - Player Colours
Players must stick with a single colour for an entire series. The higher seed will play as colour Blue (1) and the lower seed will play as colour Red (2).
Not following this rule will result in a 5% reduction for each series.
Please schedule all games using Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) timezone.
