Nothing added in The Forgotten or afterwards can be considered a "classic."
I have to disagree. While the game is 20 years old, the FE stuff is now nearly 10 years old. So maybe a modern classic?

yes yes yesFor me it makes a lot of sense, one tech in each age that gives +1 damage and +1 armour for villagers, can balance via cost and research time separately from everything else, nerfs their easy follow up into eagles and as much as I hate getting wrecked by Salicum, the strat gets to stay in the game.
I've had the idea for them to increase the m@a bonus damage from +2 to +3 for a long time now (among other swordsman-line buff ideas), would actually make a big difference for holding in feudalCastle age eagles are already unbeatable by feudal units (m@a +2 damage is a joke, it's weaker than the +3 attack eagles get for free)
They have cheaper towers which means they need less stone miners to sustain the trush which is an eco bonus, and ofc the house bonus is decent as wellWhile that's true the big difference is the eco bonus. In specific situations it will be better than other civs MAA trush, but with no eco bonus Incas will quickly fall off
