I've run 5k in 18 minutes, so sure. :lol: (that was a few years back tho, so I would need to train first Kappa )

Anyone who can run less than 20min per 5k(4min k) are elite athletes.Some olympians pro alhletes can run( 3min k). In fact, less than 20min in 5k is already in 95 percentile or very difficult for anyone.
Elite triathlets are sub 14 on 5km easily, If i'm not wrong Bekele has like something like 12:30 as world record on 5km.
