First run back from about 6 weeks of injury, not the sub-20 I wanted but respectable I think:

I'm currently unable to run, physically.
Meh. It's fair to say I got a little bit carried away in the first kilometre, but my next parkrun isn't for 3 weeks, so I'll come back faster and stronger.
