Could be sheer talent for RTS games tbh, he was also a pro in StarCraft 2.

He's been stuck between 2k-2k2 for at least a couple of months already, you've just not been paying attention. Now it seems like he broke through that ceiling.

Bling was quite the beast 10+ years ago or so, it isn’t too surprising. He’s only guy I know of that got 2100-2200 on 860 x 620 or whatever that low res is for aoc. Insane.

Correct, As i remembered he was playing AOE with low res 860x620 but still got 2k3+, lol, what a talent player

Been watching his games here and there and his play is really impressive. He's had some nice games with Hera already. Will be interesting to see how much more progress he can make before the next major 1v1 event.

Obviously I have no idea but I've always imagined it gets increasingly tough to breakthrough each successive level... top-30, top-20, top-10, top-5 etc especially with how many players are playing full time nowadays.
