make a eco in dark/feudal geared at booming (very big part)
if it's a pure boom, you can up with pop 24-27... 30 some people do sometimes.
main difference that you have to decide on:
mine gold or mine stone and (sell 200 in feudal with mkt to get gold to up)
quick guideline for a pop 25 it would be: DARK
1-6 sheep
7-11 wood
12 build a house and lure a boar
13-16 berry (lure another boar maybe at 14/15 using a vill from tc)
17-19 on deer
20-22 wood (make new lumber camp)
23-24 on stone/gold.
click up (pop 25 including scout), your TC vills, send a few to berry, send 1 more to gold/stone, rest make farms and chop wood
FEUDAL
que 2 vills and make mkt + smith (obviously), if you mined stone, sell 200 stone to get gold to go up.
click castle, get wood (first) and mill (second) upgrades.
CASTLE
if you mined gold, buy 100 stone from mkt (to make 3 new tc)
make the 3 new tcs
get wood upgrade when you can
keep 1 vill making houses to not get popped
keep vill production going
and, most important: 60 wood = new farm.
yeah, you want 100+ vills. a bunch (30-50) of trade carts (if its a team game) later on too.
it really depends on what you are booming for. it's VERY important to GEAR your economy for the units you will be making (ie. if you go paladin, make sure you have enough food an gold. OR if you want arbalest+ram, don't have 50 farmers)
pop25 up would only work with mongs or in bf short walls, others maps which need more walls or other civ you should just up 28 dark as standart, 25 pop you prolly struggle to get 800 food
doing more vills on dark you will have sort of exponentiel eco, at start castle you can do more tc or more eco ups and so on
