I think it is in everyone's interest to minimise connection issues for the games tonight/tomorrow morning.
Just a suggestion - everyone who isn't up to the limit with the scheduled time get there 20-30 mins before the games start, play some DM or Michi or whatever for 15 minutes and check connection issues. Figure out who is FP with who, double check that all the Chinese guys are on the best proxy for them, check the spectator server is running OK etc. At the very least you'll let both teams have an idea of what kind of lag it is going to be and how bad it will be so they can acclimatise and prepare for it.
I know sometimes these problems develop part way through a series, but you can at least make sure the games get off to a smooth start.
