Initially
Hera got a direct invite to NAC 3, but didn't have time. Thing have changed and he messaged me some days ago that he still wants to join. Considering him as a great addition to the tournament, I tried to work something out.
dogao &
F1Re both had time to join NAC 3, but we couldn't get a decider match in time, additionally 5 series per day would just be more exhausting on the crew (mainly me), so that after asking all players we decided on a 9 player tourney.
We keep the swiss system with one player having a BYE per day. Players were asked if they wanted to keep a 5 day group stage or 6 days because of the changed circumstances. All players wanted 5 days.
Hera has to pay for flights, hotel and food on his own.

* These are not the match-ups the initial swiss-system created. But since it originally created a Viper vs LaaaaaN match-up that didn't matter at all (4W-0L vs 0W-1B-3L) & Mr_Yo getting rewarded to lose early and get bye in day 5, players came up with the idea to give Viper the Bye and create match-ups in a swiss system after that. Player's that are getting punished the most by this are Villese (has to play #4 instead of #8) and Mr_Yo (has to win #9 instead of being directly qualified), main benefiter is Liereyy (facing #8 instead of #4).
I was sceptical at first, but players agreed on this.
