Official Streamer List:

Anyone can freely stream the tournament, but unless you appear on this list of Official Streamers, players are not breaking rules if they deny you permission to spectate their tournament games

I have added several streamers who I know are active as AoC casters on their channels, in case they are not aware of this list, to help in making sure that no potential casting stream for the tournament is prevented from happening because the streamer does not appear here.
