So as we've seen, Feitorias are quite OP on Islands and even powerful landings aren't going to stop a determined Portuguese player from getting a return on their Feitoria investment.
I think the main issue with them is their ridiculous HP. Their base HP is 5200 which is higher than a castle - they have less armor (negligibly less melee armor, but significantly less pierce armor) but I believe Trebuchets and Bombard Cannons still do a worse job vs them than they do vs castles.
I propose nerfing their HP to something like 1500 while halving their melee armor. They won't be a slouch but at least a good landing or cannon galleons will have a reasonable chance of destroying them. The Portuguese player will be incentivized to more carefully defend his Feitorias which means he'll have to spend more resources towards navy, army and defensive buildings before being able to just build Feitorias.
From the opponent's point of view, it becomes viable to make cannon galleons to try and stop Feitorias before resources run out.
