Ah, great to know! You think about everythingWe've received recorded games from both parties and the games are chosen at random, therefor not spoiling anything. This was also the case during Battle of Africa 2.

players send recs renamed. It seems to be that recorded games are shown in wrong order. I hope that the situation will be fixed in next days.

We're taking this seriously, but ultimately the players are the ones supplying the recorded games. Sure I could look through 200 games all the way to the end to see if there is someone saying "gl next", but I think my time is better spent elsewhere.players send recs renamed.
Maybe ask them to send what civs they played for 1st and 2nd game as well. That way you can ask casters to make sure the civs match before each game. That said, I will try to do my best to not have this happen again.

Each rec has a unique identifier embedded in it which can be used to determine the time it was played. You could use this to validate the order without watching the match. We're taking this seriously, but ultimately the players are the ones supplying the recorded games. He already has to take care of 200 games. Are players really that handicaped that they cannot properly put order of the 2 games they played?
I don't get why Memb commentates in English rather than Spanish. Is there not sufficient demand for an "official" so to speak cast in this language as well? I see plenty of people from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia etc here.
Will he get more viewers if he casts in Spanish instead of English though?I don't get why Memb commentates in English rather than Spanish. I absolutely see NO MERIT whatsoever in your comment. You are entitled to your opinion and that you can either like/dislike Memb's stream. However, your comment make no substantial claim.
If you want to be taken seriously, then change your post-mechanics. Otherwise, you'll find yourself in lot of people ignore-list.
One aspect that I dont like in Memb's stream is Zoom level. And I know its purely my personal visual preference, and I'm not expeccting it to change to just accomodate my needs. But its my opinion/feedback none the less. Other than that, I find it very enjoyable. I have watched all of ~16 hours of stream and find his casting entertaining. And the overlay alone is sufficient to make it THE stream to be.
I completely agree with you with the English-Spanish community topic. But it must be such a hard decision to make. His income is and has always been the English speaking community, and a strong emotional connection is there too. Changing that would be a really hard step to make. In my opinion it could be worth it financially speaking, but it has risks too.If he regularly streams in Spanish and builds up his spanish-speaking community, I would say 100% yes.
Look at Gaules streaming CS:GO.
When there are Brazilian teams playing, he has twice as many viewers as the official english stream.
During a match between Furia and MIBR he broke the 200k (!!!) viewer mark. Of course these are numbers we will never achieve in AoE, but we do know how huge the South American community is in our game, so I think this is a missed oportunity for Memb.
I've been saying for ages he should concentrate a loooot more in his spanish-speaking community.
Having said that, I saw in the last 2 days his subcount explode and the donations keep flying in. I'm glad the community keeps rewarding him for his hard work with these amazing tournaments.
Regarding the recs thing, something must be different with the way DE names them.
I saw at least 3 series where the order of the games were wrong: mbl's series; lierrey vs classicpro and Daut vs heartt.
Seems like too much of a coincidence and I wouldn't put the blame on the players just yet.
He barely has experience casting in Spanish though, so it's normal that it's rough around the edges. It's like a diamond before being worked on and polished. You can look at it and find imperfections and such, but you can still see what you're really looking at.I prefer his English cast. In Spanish he often repeats the same phrase 3times back to back :D
