Sometime in close games the inital treb war can decide the whole game.
The techs that influence this should be masonry, Architecture and siege enigneers. (Hoardings would also be interesting but is not practical).
I tend to go for siege engineers first, since it also gives you the range advantages. But assuming you have non of the above techs yet, in which order do you get them?
