Lots of bug fixes and features were added. My favorite:
"When sending a Villager back to work within a Town Center which has a gather point, the Villager will ungarrison from the closest point to the gather point instead of the closest point to go back to work."

I also had a lot of garrison-ungarrison issues even previous patch, I use Alt for garrison though.

You can change the font back to Sans Serif in Options->Interface. Don't know if this helps.

• NEW! Ctrl+right click can be used to attack a target, ignoring any retargeting command. A unit will only retarget if:
  • They cannot path to the target object.
  • The target has been killed.
  • The target has moved out of range.

Is this like the way the "fixed," their ridiculously large building hitboxes by making you click an extra button (alt) before attacking villagers who were building? This looks like how (old, pre DE) normal right click function should work? [Ignores no attack stance if right clicked until target defeated.]

Adding extra inputs to perform old behavior with less input is not good and a poor coder's fix.

It is an event related lag to remind us of the great TG late game lag bug that existed for a few months in late 2020. This is a feature not bug!

I kinda get it. Steve and Linda were supposed to finish the Patch until the end of January but they were actually doing a lot of other stuff in Home Office, maybe even grinding themselves on the ladder and then they were like "F***, its already 31st of January, we need to release something"....
I totally get it. I am also freakin out that I have exams next week and time passed so fast.
Just a shame, this kills the game for everyone :P

Besides the lag (or stutter?) issue, I wasn't able to build a market although I had a mill. The game didn't register even that. Can some IT person please explain how it is possible to break totally unrelevant things with an update?

I really don't understand why they even would want to remove that... Same as with villagers working on the left side of farms. Who gets bothered by that? It has been in the game for decades, why change it? I can kind of understand the palisade scanning (well personally I'm happy they did it, but even back then I thought it was a dangerous precedent), but they are really trying to make too many unneeded changes...
The control click is also just what you could do with no attack stance. I guess it's making micro a bit more convenient. Supposedly shift queuing targets with miltary now works properlt (didnt test). Could make meatshields slightly less effective/ make skirms more effective in late game, but not sure how much of an impact hat will really have.
