Is it ok to just LAUGH at your opponent?

So i played Arena vs Portugese a couple of days ago, ofc my arrogant Opponent was Castle dropping and guess what? He had NO LOOM! So i rushed down a Tower, killed all 8 of his Vills and the Castle was a @DauT Castle with 83% then he send all of his vills to build it, but i was faster and Pallisade it all with my Tower vills. I spammed "11" and "hahaha" and he rage quitted and wrote something bad because it just showed me #######. I watched the REC from his POV and feeled kinda bad afterwards, i could feel his desperation through the screen. So my question is, is it OK to JFL at your Opponent when he failes a Castle Drop or is it Bad Manner?

I wouldn't do it myself, but whether someone can take it varies from person to person and from day to day.

Some of my opponents have laughed at my bullshit and I'm perfectly capable of laughing with my oppponent at my own foolishness. I know my playstyle is riddled with mistakes and some of them definitely have comedic value.

But I can also see how it can be offensive to some people in some situations, especially if the laughter is being repeated or mainly done to mock. Certainly not everyone can take it. So it might be better to err on the safe side if you don't know your opponent.
