Inca team bonus again O.O

Hi people ! Let's discuss the Inca team bonus again ! It is total garbage ! + 50 % faster buidling time for Farms is just the worst possibe one. I know people talked about it in the past, but now, let's make some more noiZe ! Incas are not my facourite civ but I know people love them and I know they are mostly picked for 1v1 early rush games with vills , etc. ... BUT if someone changes their team bonus, then we might see them more in 3v3/ 4v4 games.

I suggest this : Farms are created instantly, Mills are built 66% faster.

It's ok to have pointless bonus if your civ is good enough but this one is not useless but harmful, how many times are you waiting to finish building the farms until you have mill up but suddenly you miss the timing because your ally is inca? I would love to remove the bonus or at least for the team which can forget about this.

I think in some sense it would nerf all infantry significantly. Slinger is probably the most effective counter against infantry (doesn't need imperial age, chemistry, and doesn't need much upgrade, etc.) so infantry will be further disfavored if slingers are accessible to all allies of Inca.

B/ mills, markets , lumber and mining camps are built 50 percent faster

heavy plow = 40s, 200% faster = 10s
crop rotation = 70s. 200% faster = 17,5s

that surely doesnt mean instantly
