The scheduling in these two tournaments will work a bit differently and are supposed to make it easier to schedule for the players.
Instead of scheduling with one team and then maybe face the issue of being from Europe and then have to schedule with an Australian team, we will offer you several specific times.
For example: we offer the teams to play: Monday 16 GMT, Tuesday 18 GMT, Wednesday 20 GMT, Thursday 20 GMT, Friday 16 GMT, Saturday 10, 13, 16, 19 GMT
(of course we will offer u a bigger variety of times than this)
Then u discuss with your teammate which time will fit u best and then u book that slot for your team. Then u wait for an opponent to take the 2nd spot there and the match is scheduled.
This way u are not forced to play at uncomfortable times and the tournament is open for anyone who can play there games between 10-21 GMT.
U should just decide each week quite soon, which times fit you best, otherwise those times will be taken by others.
The only time u wont have many options will be, when your team is either 0:2 or 2:0, because then there wont be many teams with the same record u can face.
If u put yourself in a spot for 12 GMT for example and you and your opponent agree on that it is better for u to play atr 11 GMT that is completely fine. Just inform an admin about it at least 1 day before the match
