nah they do agree that koreans need a little nerfCmon many pro players agree that Towers are OP
You can counter with your own towersIt's a strategy game were good strategic choices should benefit the player, there is NO counter to trush, therefore there is no choice to make. There should be at least one option viable on feudal age to fight trush that is not trush. Same way scouts > skrms > archers > spears > scouts.
Not if they tower your stone and being forced into a certain strat is what sucks, because a civ with towerbonuses forces you to build towers as well, while they are better at it, thus giving a big advantage to them. You can counter with your own towers

If the only way to defend against a Korean trush is to go fast feudal into towers, maybe the strat is too strong? If you play against Koreans, you should never let them tower your stone. Go to feudal asap as well, go on stone and start building towers as well
the problem with that is that each counter/defensive tower puts the Korean player further ahead economically. Not only do koreans mine stone 20% faster, you need way more villagers than Koreans to build a counter tower in time.If you play against Koreans, you should never let them tower your stone. Not as simple, because then you would have Korean SO with 8+3 range in imperial again like in AoC. To avoid that the UT would need to be changed too...
Koreans really need some rework to be less one dimensional.
What's wrong with that range exactly? (Not rebuffing anything, just asking)
I think the general consensus was that 11 range SO were just too much, specially on closed maps. When your best counters to SO that are monks and BBC only outrange them by 1 (2 with SE) it makes it really hard to deal with them. What's wrong with that range exactly? +1 range over standard SO feels more balanced, in the same way that Turks BBC only have +1 range over BBC with SE, or khmers scorpions only have +1 range.
I never understood why the 8+4 range for korean SO was a problem either. Koreans sucked back then and they continued to suck harder after nerfs. As I recall anyhow.
I didn't expect this coment from an account from 2008...
Guys who are now losing over and over to trush are saying that there is no counter to it... come on bro, you have the same tools than your opponent, if you keep losing is cause the other guy is better and you need to improve. Look at your own game skills with a critical mind instead of looking for an easy scapegoat.
