Don't kid yourself into thinking you would have spent that time on anything productive. AoE 2 is most likely the best possible scenario than any other alternative possible for you.I could spend my time (2500 hours) with useful things. But now i m addicted to this game.
If it didn't remind me of the 10 years I've lost at university it would be okayDon't kid yourself into thinking you would have spent that time on anything productive. AoE 2 is most likely the best possible scenario than any other alternative possible for you.
2500 hours beating your meat instead doesnt seem too usefull tbhI could spend my time (2500 hours) with useful things. But now i m addicted to this game.
Yeah, I often feel same, sometimes thinking what elo I would be if I didn't stop aoe2 for like 15 years and instead of grinding LoL for many years would have played aoe2.Honestly i wish i would have re - discovered it earlier. Such a great game and community. I played aoe1 and aoe2 as a child and aoe3 sometime later and they were my favourite games. After many years where i stopped playing on pc i randomly re - discovered it during lockdown while looking for a game to play on a shitty laptop thanks to Viper's youtube videos. Lost so much free time that i could have enjoyed playing and following this fantastic game
