Get a job bro, if you have one get a hobby. Make plans with people to hold you accountable- when it's just you it's easy to say 'eh one more game', but when there are others expecting you to show up you're prob more likely to stop playing. I've said the same thing here before to you- seriously there is no single answer, just get busier or make yourself busier.
