You are really banned a whole hr if you resign early, say u lose a vill to a boar and resign, alt f4, or get defeated early? Once on nomad i lost in under 5minutes cuz had a vill fight and walked into a tc and you get a hr long ban from que? wtf please fix Aoe. You should not be getting a hr ban from que of quickplay unrated games or rated, if you choose to opt out of a match or resign or die early. There also is no option to decline a match either or if say you are afk and the game started already and you resign. You should not be banned from playing ranked or quickplay not even ranked for a hr for that. Not cool. Fix pls!

disagree, timeout because you ragequit under 5 mins is definetly deserved. If everyone would just resign, if he loses a vill to a boar what's next? i have fwd berries, that are awkward to wall, let's resign? I placed not the 100% perfect lumbercamp, let's resign? Silly people, deserve silly punishments.
Perhaps you remember what a hard time ragequitters had in lobby-only-times.

You don't get a 1 hour ban the first time you drop from a game, Alt+F4, or get defeated in the first 5 minutes. It starts off with much shorter bans. You would have to drop/quit/alt+F4 like 6-7 times to get a 1 HR ban.

Also, the devs are getting rid of vil-fighting on nomad, so not going to be an issue for much longer.

Short-period timeout is the fairest way to deal with the alt-f4ers and elo-droppers right now. If you can think of a better solution and know how to implement it, you should be a dev. Before that, maybe learn to appreciate the work people have put in. Unfortunate bans does happen but in your case I can't even call it unfortunate. Getting defeated in 5 mins is easily avoidable. All you have to do is run, hide, or wall in your last vil for 5 mins. Also, even if you fall asleep losing all 3 vils in 5 mins, you shouldn't get 1h timeout unless it has happened multiples times before. 1h ban means it's not even the first 3 times it happened you know exactly what would happen if you get defeated this early. So what other unfortunate games did you have before this?
