Ivaylo had Turks and Bypass in his draft, like the guy who I think is DauT, even if he did not play it. To me he's another GL, could be either Jordan or Viper. They can sometimes be hard to tell apart, especially because the opponent played pretty bad and offered little resistance.
Edited in the explanations, which I am glad to say held completely across 2nd half of ro16, resulting in zero clashes, elevating my certainty in them.Just posting my current list here before the ro16 continues, ofc to reap the potential Likes when I am proven correct on my first guesses .
The following are all with some reasoning and those not in parantheses, I feel confident about, if not altogether certain based on game evidence.
Warwolf ACCM Cross gameplay was typically ACCM, the drafts suggested a mixed-preparer of a player coming from Qualifiers. Jacqueline Barles Straight Ara-clones map draft, banning Islands where mechanically more proficient players shine. Admiral Yi Sun Shin Viper (/Viper) G1 had Viper doing some abrakadabra chat to please the audience including bact-pause, while maintaining a excellent macro execution, which he retained across the games. Typical castles. GL HMs+HM strats. Goldrush Britons seemed too strong to be anyone else, being both typical and amazing decision-making wise, clinical. Master of Templar MbL Mongol pick on arabia, overall favor of knights civs throughout draft, SQ-like macro qualities. GoldRush aM'-style straight genitours. Oh, I think he was housed. Harald Hardraade Vinchester Quite self-explanatory. civs, style, micro focus, excess of Box formation. Sundjata Yo Solid overall, typical clean decision making, no fancy micro, defensive aggression. Pope Leo I Villese Unfortunately... I think. This had some typical low-effective APM army management, a strong arabia performance. A whole bunch of small things, typical gate among them. Out-araskill:ing Gonzalo on the Quali-practiced maps like Slopes, but getting outmacroed on lategame maps, resulting in a sad day for me, no Tori to come . Gonzalo DauT (/Jordan) Style defined this one as a macroplayer aiming to lategame, and dying in the process twice to better early/midgame execution/decisions. Many of you might question Turks, but let me remind you that it is a top CA civ, which just happens to align with memes of Lord DauT, so it MUST be right, yes? Also full-recognition of GL strats, practice partner of presumably Tatoh like so many times before. Also no boar TC shooting, I guess t90 might like that to be said so his stats hold. Zero eco micro.
No, they will only be published on Monday. They get posted on the discord once the match starts for the castrrs but immediately deleted once the match is (half) cast. Are the recs that have been casted uploaded somewhere?
Judging by only the arabia game:I was the biggest defender of Jordan = Admiral theory, but I can't find Liereyy, so you could be right, it could be Liereyy.

0.01% chance Mr Yo was Cobra Car.Mr YO ( not 100% sure but he seems like he was cobra car and Theviper was edward lognshank)
Ok but why would a semi finalist would plays random game instead of doing some preparation for HC4 semi final and final where he could won tons of moneys ?I don't think those heuristics re: player activity have ever proven to be particularly useful in making predictions.
Because they probably played a bazillion games already and need to chill. They don't even know who they're gonna face because at best they saw them play yesterday for the first time.Ok but why would a semi finalist would plays random game instead of doing some preparation for HC4 semi final and final where he could won tons of moneys ?
CobraCar's draft was completely fwd-able maps, good fwd civs, ignored water civs, all games had fwds... the chatter was mostly taunts. Need I really spell the name, it was a chinese player but not Yo .11111110.01% chance Mr Yo was Cobra Car.

Many of them stream for a living. They'll play non-tryhard games on stream to try and keep their channel alive and get some donos/bits/subs. DauT, mbl, Nicov, Vivi, Yo and many others were streaming.there is many other ways to chill than playing aoe 2. And I think that yes some semi finalist players can play some random aoe 2 games instead of training but most of the time, they won't do it so seeing their activity can be a pretty good indicator even if not 100% accurate.
I believe semis are played Saturday and casted on Sunday, with the finals casted live afterwards. Is it just the final played live?
